USD plus applicable taxes. Monthly allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month (UTC). Each extraction accepts one invoice, up to 5 PDF pages and 100 lines. Failed extractions count toward the allowance.
A few things to know.
Can I use this with Shopify or WooCommerce?
This standalone version accepts CSV exports from your purchasing records. It does not connect to your store or update inventory automatically.
Does a flagged amount mean I am owed a refund?
No. A difference is a reason to investigate with your supplier. Reference costs do not prove agreed prices, and received quantities must come from your receiving records.
How does document extraction work?
Cloudflare processes your digital PDF or clear image into an editable draft. You confirm all values before saving. Scanned PDFs may need to be uploaded as an image. Use net unit prices, whole quantities, and supported currencies; tax, freight, discounts and credit notes are outside these checks.
What happens if I cancel?
You can manage your subscription through Dodo's customer portal. Existing reviews remain available. After paid access ends, the free monthly import allowance applies.
